The role

We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional to join our team. They will support key operational aspects of our HR function, which involves taking responsibility for initiating pre-employment checks (including DBS check), recruiting and processing of casual and one-off staff, supporting with the probation process, processing of reference requests, maintaining excellent data on our HR systems and general HR administrative duties. 

The candidate

The ideal candidate will possess experience of working accurately across the full range of HR administrative activities, demonstrating a great attention to detail, be proactive, flexible and adaptable approach.

An ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is essential, together with strong team working skills
