The Role
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable International Student Recruitment Manager to join the team and make a difference to Ravensbourne’s international student recruitment targets.
The role manages the International Student Recruitment Officer, and is responsible for meeting and exceeding international student recruitment targets for FE, UG and PG.
The role includes responsibility for the planning and delivery of the university’s programme of international recruitment events and activities in core markets around the globe. The postholder is responsible for managing relationships with student recruitment agents.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is an important part of the role.
Working closely with the wider recruitment team, and with colleagues in Marketing and Admissions, the postholder will input into the planning, delivery and evaluation of recruitment and conversion activities, aiming to work together to continually improve and develop them.
