The role

As a member of the Media Services Team and wider Technical Services team you will provide technical support for our Post Production edit suites, grading suites and audio post production. In addition, you will assist academic staff with lesson setup and preparation, ensuring technical spaces are ready for use and assist with the delivery of teaching. You’ll provide great customer service to both staff and students and contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience.

The candidate

Our ideal candidate will have industry-based post-production experience including experience of video & audio configuration and workflow for video post production. You will have experience of delivering workshops, demonstration or instruction in further or higher education settings and the ability to combine subject content and learning and teaching methods in ways that fully enable learners to achieve their goals. You’ll be a proactive problem solver who is open to change and can contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and working practises.
