The Role

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced AV support professional who is self-motivated and adaptable to join a small team focused on the support of existing services, whilst developing modern technology-based

solutions. The primary responsibility of the role will be to ensure an excellent level of maintenance and support of the Universities Audio Visual estate to provide high quality teaching and learning experiences.

The role will be involved in developing custom solutions using new and emergent AV technologies and will contribute to the delivery of the Universities ambitious programme of digital innovation.

The Candidate

Suitably qualified, you will have experience in delivering and supporting AV services in a mixed Windows & Apple Mac environment. An understanding of the operation, support and development of AV technology in an educational environment would be advantageous to this role although this is not essential. Experience of regular face to face engagement with stakeholders will be an advantage.
