We are looking for a proactive and passionate Equity and Inclusion Partner to join our People and Culture team and play a pivotal role in taking our EDI work to the next level. Diversity is part of Ravensbourne’s DNA, Inclusion is one of our organisational values and this role will lead on Equity and Inclusion work within our staff community.

You will have experience of working strategically in the EDI field, enabling you to take the role as a trusted expert, leading our agenda and working effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, and evaluate activities and initiatives. With a wide range of knowledge on the key issues in relation to EDI, you'll be confident using data and other evidence to both guide and evaluate your work.

You will be confident communicating in a variety of ways including presentations and be able to use IT and technology to promote inclusion in the workplace.
