We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our growing team. Our Resourcing Team are a valuable part of our university, leading on recruitment campaigns in collaboration with our managers and promoting best practice. Our Resourcing Advisor role provides advice and guidance to managers, supports and assists with interview scheduling, advertising methods and advert copy.

About the Role

You will

  • Liaise with hiring managers, People and Culture, Finance and senior managers to ensure the process from initial request to onboarding  is smooth and successful.
  • Support with improvements to our Applicant Tracking System, determining trends to help us enhance the effectiveness of our processes.   
  • Monitor and track recruitment activity against agreed targets, proactively working with a range of stakeholders to resolve issues and delays.

About You

You have

  • Good communication skills with the ability to develop successful relationships which influence best practice. 
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office software and ideally creating reports from these.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • A good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
