Based in London&rsquo;s Design District in the heart of North Greenwich, we are home to a diverse, global community in one of the world&rsquo;s most vibrant business and creative hubs.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p id="isPasted">To provide strategic and technical leadership in applications and data within IT Services and the more comprehensive university. As a member of the IT Services leadership team, provide support to the Chief Information Offices and deputise where appropriate in defining applications and data strategies that deliver outstanding staff and student experience. Leading and building a cross-functional team to ensure that Ravensbourne has the data, systems, integrations and processes in place to harness the value of our data assets to ensure outstanding student outcomes.&nbsp;</p><p>The Head of Enterprise Applications and Data will be required to work with senior leaders across the university to ensure that the university&#39;s tactical and strategic priorities are understood and that activities within the applications and data team are planned efficiently, making the best use of available resources. &nbsp;</p><p>Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships is core to this role. Understanding the university&#39;s strategy and how the use of data can support institutional objectives and priorities is critical to the university&#39;s wider success. The post holder will be required to maintain external relationships with Enterprise Systems vendors to ensure that application roadmaps&#39; implications are understood and that opportunities to feed Ravensbourne requirements into future product developments are harnessed.&nbsp;</p><p>Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the Chief Information Offices and wider Executive team on how data can be harnessed to achieve institutional objectives.</p><p><strong>We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Generous leave</li><li>We operate a hybrid working model of on-site and working from home for most of our posts</li><li>Competitive Pension Scheme</li><li>An Employee Assistance programme</li><li>A cycle-to-work scheme</li></ul>
