            <p><strong>Our University</strong></p><p>Ravensbourne University London is a dynamic institution at the intersection of creativity, business, and technology. Based in London&rsquo;s Design District in the heart of North Greenwich, we are home to a diverse, global community in one of the world&rsquo;s most vibrant business and creative hubs.</p><p id="isPasted"><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an Estates &amp; Facilities Management Administrator to join our team.</p><p>This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative, communication and coordination skills, ideally within an estates &amp; facilities or higher educational environment.</p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Provide administrative support to the Estates &amp; Facilities team</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, coordinating responses across teams</li><li>Support contractor management processes, including compliance documentation and record keeping</li><li>Maintain accurate systems, databases and records (e.g. TOPdesk ticketing system and compliance spreadsheets)</li><li>Assist with planned and reactive logistics coordination</li><li>Support health &amp; safety processes, including documentation, reporting and tracking actions</li><li>Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of Estates &amp; Facilities operations</li></ul><p><strong>Key skills:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems</li><li>Experience working in a facilities &amp; estates, or similar operational environment (desirable)</li><li>Awareness of health &amp; safety and compliance requirements (desirable)</li></ul><p><strong>The Candidate</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will be a well-organised and motivated administrator with a proactive approach and a strong customer service mindset.</p><p>You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and supporting a diverse range of activities across estates and facilities services.</p><p>A collaborative approach, problem-solving mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships across the University will be essential.</p><p><strong>We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Generous leave</li><li>We operate a hybrid working model of on-site and working from home for most of our posts</li><li>Competitive Pension Scheme</li><li>An Employee Assistance programme</li><li>A cycle-to-work scheme</li></ul>
