The role

Ravensbourne University London is looking for an International Student Support Manager to help ensure the academic and personal success of our international students.

In the role, you will oversee and manage the delivery of support from our international support team. The role involves creating and delivering events and campaigns that foster inclusion and wellbeing support for all our students. You will be overseeing the engagement with international students during their time at Ravensbourne, from induction through to graduation. 

The role sits within the Student Services Team, working closely with wider wellbeing staff to help triage students for support with complex wellbeing and potential safeguarding needs, ensuring students' individual needs are being met.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of current student visa processes and be comfortable in supporting students through university and with any enquiries both online and in person.

You will work closely with our International Team and Students Union to create events, and campaigns to celebrate our student's cultures and promote the good mental health and physical wellbeing of our students.

The role of an International Student Support Manager is a varied and rewarding position that offers the chance to work as a key point of contact for international students helping them to learn and grow in a diverse educational setting.
