About the Role:

Our team of Industry and Employability Advisors and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between education and industry

As one of our Industry and Employability Advisors, you will be at the forefront of shaping students' careers by sourcing and securing diverse Industry Learning opportunities, including projects, placements and other work-related learning activities. 

Your dynamic approach will help students navigate the evolving employment landscape, enhancing their skills and employability prospects. You will proactively develop relationships and networks with local, national and international employers, enhancing industry links to actively contribute to Ravensbourne’s industry and enterprise focus.

  • A proactive networker with a passion for connecting students to real-world opportunities.
  • Experienced in career development, employability support, or related fields, ideally within the creative, technology or business management industries.
  • A strong communicator, able to inspire and guide students as they embark on their professional journeys.
  • Committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
